Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a package that is damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us immediately at our support email with photos of the unboxing. We will issue a replacement at no extra cost once the issue is verified.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they have entered the "Dispatched" status. Once an order has been handed over to the logistics carrier, it cannot be cancelled or recalled.

Research Material Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory research materials and the requirement for strictly controlled storage (temperature and light), we cannot accept returns of vials once they have left our facility. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of the research materials for all our clients.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit and does not show as "Delivered" according to the tracking information, Chain Reaction will provide a one-time free reshipment of the original order.
